What if treating workplace trauma didn’t require talking or reliving the pain?
Unprocessed trauma is the hidden force behind anxiety, burnout, and disengagement.
Workplace trauma doesn’t always look dramatic. It can stem from:
Losing a loved one or colleague
Redundancy, mergers and change initiatives that create insecurity
Sales pressures that trigger financial fear
Bullying in the workplace
Accidents, injuries, or unexpected medical events
Most workplace wellbeing solutions don’t treat trauma.
They raise awareness.
They offer coping strategies.
But they rarely resolve what’s really driving distress.
Treating Trauma - The Easy Way
You may have already invested in stress management training or mental health webinars, but workplace trauma is still impacting your people.

"Significant Difference"
I have just experienced a wonderful session in Treating Trauma The Easy Way. I have to say I left the session feeling very relaxed and I noticed a significant difference in how I felt about the issue I had brought to the session afterwards. It was a really positive experience. You are not required to divulge any sensitive or personal information. It’s a very private and painless experience, and Sara put us at ease.
Cathy McDonnell
L&D Director
"Remarkable"
Participating in Treating Trauma the Easy Way was a powerful and eye-opening experience, not only for me personally but for our entire team. The session created a palpable shift in energy, even in a virtual setting. I personally experienced a 70% reduction in emotional discomfort in just one session, which is nothing short of remarkable.
Our team members also saw meaningful results, and the feedback was unanimous: they felt calmer, more grounded, and truly understood. The fact that such transformation is possible without needing to disclose the details of one’s trauma is both respectful and empowering.
Christina Weaver
Director of People, Casebook
"Greatly Reduced Fears"
Very relaxing session that greatly reduced my fears about upcoming work commitments. Although I was not the only person on the session, it always felt like Sara was just talking to me.

Why Our Approach To Treating Workplace Trauma is so Effective
Treats Trauma at Source
We work directly with the unconscious mind and nervous system to resolve trauma at its root without analysing, reliving, or talking through painful experiences.
No Talking Required
Employees don’t need to speak, share personal details, or revisit the past. Cameras can stay off. Privacy is fully protected while meaningful change still occurs.
Rapid, Measurable Results
Many participants report profound shifts in a single session, often moving from high trauma levels to neutral or calm states. Outcomes can be measured before and after delivery.
Group or One-to-One
The programme can be delivered individually or to large groups at the same time, making it scalable, efficient, and cost-effective for organisations.
Neuroscience-Backed Approach
This is a modern, evidence-informed method that works with how the brain and nervous system process stress and threat, not traditional talking therapy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Treating Trauma programme for?
The Treating Trauma programme is designed for HR, People, and Wellbeing leaders who want a powerful, scalable way to address trauma at the root.
It’s ideal if you:
Want to offer real mental health support, not just resources or information
Support remote or hybrid teams and need a flexible, accessible solution
Care deeply about psychological and emotional safety at work
Are looking for an approach that is trauma-informed, neuroscience-based, and easy to implement
Need something that works without requiring disclosure, talking, or personal sharing
This programme is often chosen by organisations that recognise that unresolved trauma impacts wellbeing, decision-making, performance, and resilience and want to address that effectively.
What does a group session involve?
For group delivery, we provide a secure private Zoom link for employees to join a live 60-minute session.
There is:
No requirement to speak
No requirement to have cameras on
No sharing of personal experiences
No attendance tracking or follow-up admin required from HR or L&D
Employees can participate anonymously, knowing the session is fully confidential.
Do you offer one-to-one trauma support as well?
Alongside group delivery, we also offer one-to-one sessions using the same trauma-resolution approach.
One-to-one support is appropriate when:
An individual has experienced a significant or specific trauma
You want to offer targeted, personalised support
Additional care is needed beyond group provision
These sessions are more interactive and tailored to the individual, while still avoiding the need to relive or rehash past experiences.
How do you measure the results?
We use a SUDS (Subjective Unit of Distress) measurement that works in real time.
At the beginning of the session, participants are invited to rate their trauma or emotional distress on a scale from 0 to 10, entering their number privately into the chat. At the end of the session, they are invited to re-rate.
In over 90% of cases, participants report a reduction of between 0 and 2 by the end of the session.
This gives organisations a clear, immediate indication of impact without collecting personal or sensitive data.
What results can we expect?
Participants commonly report:
A significant reduction in trauma and emotional distress, often in a single session
Feeling calmer, lighter, and more regulated
Reduced overall stress
When you choose to work with us on a retainer basis, running sessions regularly (for example, monthly). This supports ongoing wellbeing and helps address:
Regular delivery allows trauma to be addressed as it arises, rather than waiting for issues to escalate.
What if we already have an employee wellbeing platform?
What is the investment?
Investment depends on how you choose to work with us.
Pricing is based on:
Whether you’re looking for a single group session
Ongoing delivery via a retainer
One-to-one support for specific individuals
The number of employees involved
We’ll talk through the options and recommend the most appropriate structure during your consultation.
