Transforming mental health in Scotland

Do you want to help transform mental health in Scotland?

Scotland currently spend over £40 million on anti depressants and waiting lists for talking therapies are in parts of Scotland, 2 years.

That’s why we are launching the campaign to create a 21st Century Patient Pathway for Mental Health.

Having worked with thousands of people, we know that anxiety depression and other mental health issues can be completely overcome, often in the matter of a few sessions with leading edge complementary therapies, as Laura shares with you below….

The aim is to get complementary therapy recognised and accessible for people, like you, on the NHS and provided as an effective patient pathway in treating mental health – and that’s where you can help us!

pictureofhappywomanIf, like us, you are a therapist trained in complementary therapy such as;

  • Solution Focused Psychotherapy
  • Neuro linguistic programming
  • EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Matrix Re-imprinting
  • Nutritional therapist
  • EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing
  • Nutritional therapy

Then we would love to hear from you!

Working with the support of the Shadow Minister for Mental Health in Scotland, Miles Briggs, we are pulling together a team of therapists based in Edinburgh to join forces for a 6 month period.

Working in connection with an Edinburgh G.P surgery, we are going to prove that complementary therapy is the way forward to tackle the mental health crisis in Scotland.  The research will be documented and accredited by Edinburgh University, enabling us to put forward a credible business case for a new model for tacking mental health on the NHS.

If you are a trained therapist based in or around Edinburgh and can volunteer some of your time to get complementary therapy recognised by the NHS and contribute to this revolutionary project, then we would love to hear from you!
