Digital and manual information
As a training provider, we do not collect personal data about your employees. We do not hold delegate lists electronically or manually. Any training evaluation forms are completely anonymous and do not include personal data.
Any surveys that are carried out within organisations internally through platforms such as survey monkey are again completely anonymous.
Where any 1 to 1 work is provided to an employee in the form of coaching or therapy we will take note of the name of the employee and their contact details. During the session, manual notes will be taken of the employee’s medical history and/or personal history as provided by them. This information is only used by the person conducting the session as an aid to working with that employee, and will not be used for any other purpose, unless required to be shared by law. Any notes taken during the sessions are stored in a locked filing cabinet. These notes and records are kept for 7 years, after which time they are securely destroyed.
